Les Fleurs du Mal: Part III brings THONK TANK's three-part 2026 programme to a close. Following an exhibition in May and a performance festival in October, this multidisciplinary retrospective revisits the works, images, texts and traces left behind. Through an archival installation, a new publication and selected live contributions, documentation becomes the starting point for a new exhibition.
Rather than presenting a conventional retrospective, Part III treats documentation as material for a new exhibition. Selected artworks, objects, photographs, video, texts and archival fragments from the previous chapters are revisited and brought into dialogue with new artistic contributions. A reading and research area invites visitors to explore artist publications, documents and other material from the archive.
Part III will be accompanied by a publication bringing together documentation of THONK TANK's 2026 program and new contributions from participating artists. The publication will launch on Thursday 10 December.
A program of performances and live interventions is currently in development. Further details and participating artists will be announced as they are confirmed.
